I haven't really thought too much about it to be honest. I did hear that ChatGPT now has to keep a record of all conversations. So that is something to definitely think about now. But for now the benefit outweighs any concerns in that area.
A human Chief of Staff catches what AI can’t, not because AI isn’t smart, but because it doesn’t feel.
It won’t see the half-second hesitation before you say yes to something you don’t actually want. It won’t notice the micro-grimace when you open a doc that looks simple but costs you energy.
It’ll block your calendar, but it won’t know when your... energy... is off.
But it's useful to be aware of the limitations of the AI chief of staff. The AI is an energizer bunny. You are not. There will, at some point, be a mismatch between what the AI suggests or plans and what your body can do.
It’s a nice set up.
How do you get around sharing data about your work and yourself in a public realm such as ChatGPT though?

I’m agree re the benefit but many businesses will be worried if their employees are using it.
In my 9to5 we have an Enterprise ChatGPT plan which allows us to share things like Docs, EMails, etc.
Another way is to use API connections thru third party APPs, this way the info also won‘t be used for training (at least in the past).
Just a quick note...the link to your Creative Pilot workshop takes you right back to this post.

Sure. But not everyone has the luxury of a human chief of staff to work with.

This is great! Thank you for the tips!!
